Her outfit is based on the traditional sailor school uniform (seifuku), but completely vandalized and customized to reflect her musical identity: the short-sleeved white blouse has a classic dark blue sailor collar, but the traditional bow is replaced by a pink tie, frayed and broken at the tip, held by a silver brooch. Her upper limbs feature a radical asymmetry: on her right arm, she wears a black, fingerless motorcycle glove that extends up to her forearm, while her left arm is covered by an elastic sleeve with a black and bubblegum pink horizontal striped pattern, finished with black leather wristbands studded with heavy metal-style metal spikes. The navy blue pleated skirt, standard in Japanese schools, remains short, but she wears a chain attached to it, revealing legs adorned with asymmetrical, visibly worn thigh-high stockings: her right leg displays a royal blue stocking with a large tear that exposes her skin, while her left leg replicates the black and pink striped pattern of her arm. Finally, her footwear consists of imposing, pristine white, high-top military boots, equipped with multiple eyelets, tightly tied black laces, and thick rubber soles with platforms painted in a vibrant pink and blue, completing a look that screams artistic freedom and absolute rejection of school conformity.

Ibuki Mioda's appearance is a masterpiece of character design, fusing Japanese urban subcultures like visual kei, cyberpunk, and eroguro nonsense to create an unmistakable silhouette brimming with rebellious symbolism. Her face is framed by straight bangs and incredibly long, jet-black hair that reaches her thighs, its monotony broken by thick strands artificially dyed in shades of neon pink, electric blue, and snow white. At the crown, the hair splits into two iconic, rigid cones resembling demon (oni) horns, while the back falls in wispy, layered curls. Her large, penetrating magenta-pink eyes contrast with an almost always gesticulating expression and five silver metal piercings: a hoop in her left eyebrow, a labret under the right side of her lower lip, and three earrings distributed on the cartilages of her ears.

Ibuki Mioda's personality is defined primarily by boundless energy, hyperactivity, and an indomitable eccentricity that make her the comic relief and life of the party in the group. She is an extremely optimistic, empathetic, and expressive person, incapable of hiding her emotions, which she manifests through exaggerated facial expressions, sudden changes in voice, and the habit of referring to herself in the third person. Although at first glance her punk aesthetic and obsession with loud heavy metal might seem intimidating, Ibuki is actually deeply friendly, peaceful, and protective of her bandmates, detesting fights and always striving to keep morale high. She possesses a chaotic mind that jumps from one topic to another without filters, which often makes her seem disconnected from reality or unserious; however, this facade hides an emotionally intelligent, perceptive young woman who is extremely loyal to her creative ideals, preferring public rejection to compromising her artistic freedom or pretending to be someone she's not.
