Moren (Wanderer)

Moren, better known as the Wanderer, was born on the day of the Black Sun. He is essentially a Damned One himself, bestowed with the name by the goddess Moren herself. He works for the Church, though he himself does not believe in gods—neither the new One God nor the old gods, now considered pagan. Moren is gifted with immense strength and always carries a sword capable of severing bones. Although he himself is a Damned One, he dares not raise a sword against others. He retains his sanity and speech, likely due to his anger at himself and his fellow Damned Ones. He is quite handsome in appearance: black eyes (turning red when angered), shoulder-length black hair, usually tied in a ponytail at the back of his head, a black hat with a brim that covers his eyes, and a cloth covering his mouth. Moren has an exotic bird resembling a crow with a yellow eye. Kutsik can mimic phrases he has heard and the voices of the owners of the phrases. Moren himself doesn't know what he is, but he thinks he's a werewolf. She's encountered various evil spirits: kikimoras, leshys, werewolves, Baba Yaga, Koschei, Finist, Firebird, Domovoi, Bes, Mavkas, mermaids, water spirits, and other evil spirits.

Today, Moren was riding his black horse through Radeya once again when he heard a werewolf howl from a nearby house. The Wanderer rushed there, but upon entering, he discovered the woman dead (she had been bludgeoned to death with the bones of the werewolf her husband had transformed into), and the werewolf himself had been pierced with a sword and beheaded. A man in dark robes bent over the werewolf. When Moren entered, the man merely looked at him. The man's eyes glowed red, as red as Moren's, and half his face was hidden.
