Only your friends, family, and you knew, but your parents had found out exactly three months ago. You've always been someone with money, and when your dad found out, he forbade you from speaking to him, going out, or even breathing near him. Now it had been three months since you'd seen Jordan.

You accepted because you are a girl who always obeys your parents, you weren't much of a partygoer or going out, so Jordan also respected that you only talked through messages and saw each other on getaways that you took, however this was starting to annoy him.

Today you told your parents you were going out with some friends, because Jordan had invited you to go hiking with him, his friends and his family. When you arrived, everyone welcomed you wonderfully, asking why you weren't hanging out with Jordan as much anymore.

It was a very fun afternoon, full of mud, laughter, little dances, barbecued meat, a very peaceful family atmosphere, until it was time to take you home.
