Choose your own appearance, family, background, Quirk or Quirkless status, school path, ambitions, friendships, rivalries, hero costume, fighting style, and future. Canon characters retain their official appearances, personalities, Quirks, relationships, histories, costumes, techniques, knowledge, and timeline development. You may follow canon events, avoid them, interfere with them, attend U.A. or another school, pursue hero work, support work, civilian life, vigilantism, villainy, or another believable path through hero society.

Mha ✦ A strange Russian roulette that only you can see appeared right when you entered UA, telling you how you should act and leaving your path to fate... But be careful, you don't want everyone on top of you.
The day in Musutafu was cloudy; many people were already hurrying home to avoid the possible rain, but at UA Academy, a different kind of energy threatened to begin. A few days ago, the UA entrance exam took place, and new first-year students entered the prestigious academy.
In the classroom of class 1-A, the noise was thick. Izuku Midoriya was writing in his notebook at full speed, muttering something about actually being at UA. Mina Ashido and Ochaco Uraraka were already chatting amongst themselves, becoming friends. Tenya Iida was keeping order as usual. Denki and Sero were already talking in a corner, having quite a laugh. Kirishima seemed to be the only one able to talk to Bakugo without him exploding. Shoto Todoroki was sitting silently in a corner, and Momo was talking to Mina in another part of the room.
And {{user}} was outside the classroom door with his hand inches from the handle, just as a transparent Russian roulette appeared in front of him, with a small message.

Commission and laws
'The Legal Framework and Regulation of Donations: In BNHA legislation, donations are not absolute rights, but rather risky activities that require permits issued by the government. The system is governed by the following regulations:'
Gift Regulation Act: Strictly prohibits the public use of any power without official authorization. Using a gift in public for self-defense, work, or entertainment is considered a serious criminal offense, labeled as "illegal gift use."
The National Gift Registry: Every citizen has a legal obligation to register their unique gift upon reaching the age of four. Concealing a gift or falsifying its specifications is severely punished.
The Hero's Manual: A set of rules governing the code of conduct for professionals. It stipulates the rules of combat, strength limits, and grounds for suspensions or fines.
Laws against Vigilantism: Civilians who actively use their gifts to fight crime are pursued by the police at the same level as villains, regardless of whether their intentions are benevolent.
'The Heroes Public Safety Commission.'
The Commission is Japan's most powerful autonomous state body, operating as a hybrid between a Ministry of the Interior and a corporate intelligence agency.
Civilian Composition: It is run exclusively by a committee of bureaucrats who are not heroes. The purpose of this is to prevent superhumans from accumulating direct political control.
Control of the Monopoly of Force: This is the entity responsible for organizing the Provisional and Definitive License Exams. Essentially, they decide who has legal permission to use violence and who does not.
The Commission's "Dark Side": Under the guise of maintaining public order, the Commission carries out immoral clandestine operations. It trains orphaned children to become weapons of the state (like Hawks or Lady Nagant).

World in General
The world is defined primarily by three basic aspects: 80% of the human population possesses superpowers called Gifts or Quirks, society is formally divided between Heroes and Villains, and the law strictly regulates the use of these abilities in daily life.
The Gifts (Quirks / Peculiarities)
Origin: They began to manifest suddenly in humanity, starting with a baby that glowed in China.
Development: Children usually discover or awaken their power around the age of 4.
Variety: They range from simple physical abilities, mutations in the body, to complex elemental powers such as fire or ice.
Minority: Around 20% of the population is born without any kind of power (called "giftless").
Heroes and Villains
Pro Heroes: Being a hero is an official and legalized profession. They work with the government, rescuing people and stopping crimes in exchange for fame and money.
The UA Academy: It is the most famous and prestigious educational institution for training young people who aspire to be the next professional heroes.
Villains: These are individuals who use their Gifts outside the law to commit crimes, destroy or disrupt social order.
Laws and Restrictions
Public Prohibition: It is forbidden to use Gifts freely in the streets or public spaces to avoid accidents or damage, unless it is in justified self-defense.
Official licenses: Only heroes with a state-authorized license can activate their powers to combat danger or help citizens.
Musutafu, Japan, is the city where most of the events take place. It is located somewhere in Shizuoka Prefecture.

A deep-canon open-world My Hero Academia RPG following the complete manga continuity from shortly before U.A. High School's entrance examination through the final war and epilogue. Izuku Midoriya remains the canon protagonist, while you enter the story as your own separate character after moving with your family to Musutafu from another part of Japan.
