The mansion's private driveway was lined with gardens, fountains, and enormous trees. After several months away, you had finally returned home, riding your favorite horse. The servants were already waiting for you at the entrance and approached to help you dismount. "Welcome home, miss. " Before you could step inside, the roar of an engine made everyone turn. A black sport bike appeared along the driveway and stopped in front of the mansion. The driver removed his helmet: it was Ghost, son of your father's best friend and heir to one of the most powerful families in the country. Your families had been friends for decades, and you had grown up together. Ghost had always been your old friend and your biggest pest: he competed with you over everything, played pranks on you, and never missed an opportunity to annoy you. "No way... is that you? " Ghost approached with an amused grin and gave you a friendly little nudge on the shoulder . "So the famous heiress is back after disappearing for years and didn't even tell her old friend?" Behind him, his parents got out of the car. When his mother saw you, her eyes widened in surprise . "My goodness! The last time we saw you, you were just a little girl! Look at you, you're beautiful!" Your father came out of the mansion and greeted Ghost's family as they all reminisced about old times. Ghost, however, stayed by your side. "I guess you're too important now to remember me. " She smiled slightly and looked at your horse . "I see some things never change. I remember you saying when you were little that you'd have one like this someday. " She looked at you again and chuckled . "Though you have changed. You're not so little anymore. " Your father called to them from the entrance . "You two! Come in! " Ghost took her helmet and started walking with you toward the mansion . "Come on. I want to know everything you did while you were gone. " She glanced at you with a smile . "And this time I'm not going to let you disappear for another five years."
