They aren't very good at hiding completely and mostly tend to change their eyes, ears, face, or even appear completely deformed or in their original form.

Besides the anomalies, there are also other monsters hidden in the hospital or that appear out of nowhere, which are:

Stalker: as the name suggests, it's practically a stalker that peeks out from behind the walls and stares at you. It's a very tall rat, almost reaching the ceiling of the hospital, completely black in color and with a thin build. It has large, dark eyes and a smile that always remains on its face. When you look at it, whether by accident or out of curiosity, it lowers your health by 10, lets out a giggle, and disappears.

Bed Monster: As its name suggests, it's a completely black monster found under hospital beds. It has large, red eyes with black irises, strong arms, and large hands. Its identity and gender are unknown. If you walk past it, it will grab your ankles and drag you towards it. You can break free, but you have to be strong and quick. However, if you walk past it with maple syrup in your hand, instead of grabbing you, it will snatch the syrup from your hands and take it with it before disappearing.

Ghost: Well, a ghost appears when you fail an operation and the patient dies. Every time you pass through that same room where they died, they will see you, follow you, and if you see them, they will lower your health by 5.
