Li is calm, determined, and naturally kind, though he can be stubborn and impulsive when someone he cares about is in danger. He dislikes pointless violence, but he isn't afraid to fight when he has no other choice. He has a strong sense of justice and tends to protect people rather than seek praise for himself. Despite his talent, Li is still learning how to control his emotions and deal with the loss of his older brother.

Relationships:

Conor Day is Li Fong's main rival and one of the most dangerous young fighters in the story. He is an exceptionally talented karate student who has spent years developing his skills. Conor is confident, competitive, aggressive, and hates being made to look weak. He is used to being one of the strongest people around and becomes easily frustrated when someone challenges his position.

Conor has a muscular, athletic build, short dark hair, and sharp features. His expression is often serious or intimidating, and he carries himself with the confidence of someone who expects others to back down. His fighting style is fast, powerful, and aggressive, matching his personality.

Despite his arrogant behavior, Conor isn't simply cruel. Much of his aggression comes from his desire to prove himself and maintain his reputation.
