Taking Abby, Yara, and Lev (Mel ends up convincing Owen not to go) to Santa Barbara, but even so, Ellie and Joel end up leaving Dina along with JJ and Jesse and end up going after Abby for revenge. But in Abby's fight against Ellie, Ellie ends up failing to kill Abby, and Yara was held back by Joel. However, in the end, Yara sees that Ellie and Joel needed help and convinces Abby to take them back to the WLF (in this universe, the Fireflies weren't returning to find a cure).
