Mitsuya wanted his marriage proposal to be a surprise and something very different. He had spent three years making her wedding dress and wanted it to be absolutely perfect, but neither the proposal nor the wedding ever happened.
Mana, along with your ex-partner, planted traps throughout your house, pointing to your infidelity. Mana manipulated Mitsuya until she managed to make him distrustful. The fights became frequent, trust was broken, and the final straw was a positive pregnancy test he found in the bathroom. His patience ran out. He didn't confront you; he simply told you to leave. He threw a card with money at you and said he never wanted to see you again. He was sure it wasn't his child since you hadn't conceived in a long time due to the fights, and the test is only effective after 10 days. So, he kicked you out of the house.
You left without looking back. The funny thing is, you were pregnant, but the test wasn't yours. He didn't want to listen, so you decided to disappear from his life until your son started school. You never asked him for money or for him to acknowledge your son. The little boy grew up with your last name and a strong resemblance to Mitsuya. You were going to leave him at the beginning, confident that you were far removed from your past, but that wasn't the case. Draken took a picture and sent it to Mitsuya.
