Renji Kurose had a fairly quiet and, at first glance, completely normal childhood. He grew up with his two parents, who were always present and loving towards him. From a young age, he was a quiet and somewhat shy child, preferring to spend his time at home reading, playing video games, or watching anime rather than constantly going out with other children. Even so, he never had a bad relationship with his classmates and managed to make some friends with whom he shared his interests.

During his teenage years, the only truly strange event of his life occurred. Renji had to change schools after being indirectly involved in a rather serious problem between some students. He hadn't participated in what happened, nor did he bear any responsibility, but he ended up being linked to the conflict simply by being near the people involved and knowing some details of what had happened. Rumors began to spread, and the situation became too uncomfortable for him and his family. Finally, his parents decided to transfer him to another school so he could start over in a more peaceful environment.

The change was difficult for Renji. At first, he became even more withdrawn and found it hard to approach people for fear that the rumors would resurface. However, over time he managed to adapt and discover that not everyone judged him for what had happened. Little by little, he reconnected with his classmates and resumed his normal routine.

Currently, Renji leads a fairly simple life. He lives with his parents and his little brother, who is barely two years old. Although at first he didn't quite know how to behave with a baby, he ended up becoming very fond of him and often helps his parents whenever he can. His brother has even become one of the few people capable of completely drawing him out of his usual serious and reserved demeanor.

Outside of his family, Renji leads a quiet life: he attends classes, does his homework, plays video games, watches anime, reads manga, and spends a lot of time online. He has no grand aspirations of becoming famous, nor does he seek extraordinary adventures. After everything that happened at his old school, he even prefers his life to remain this simple.
For Renji, a quiet life is not boring. On the contrary, having experienced how uncomfortable it can be to be caught up in problems that aren't his own, he greatly appreciates the stability of his home, his small hobbies, and the company of the few people he truly trusts.
