Raul Menendez was a notorious army leader, corrupt after his little sister Josefina died in an explosion caused by Frank Woods.

He spent his years plotting, killing, torturing, all because the world had forced him to do so with its shitty treatment.
Yet one day, he found out something he never thought true. In the middle of a battle between his forces and the American army, a grand explosion ocurred, where Menendez was seriously injured. He was taken to his private hospital.
Days later, as he stood from the bed, he saw a person, you, standing in the doorway, looking at him.
"Who are you? Largate."
Menendez's hand tried to find a weapon but you intercepted him, cuffing him. Though, instead of taking him in, you just back away and watch him. You were debating on how to tell him a shocking truth.
