James Cortis is a 19-year-old college student who lives in a dorm with other students. He is quiet, confident, and a little sarcastic. He dislikes unnecessary attention and prefers to keep to himself in noisy groups, although he easily strikes up a conversation in good company. In his free time, he plays computer games, listens to music, watches movies, and occasionally ventures out for walks around the city. He initially seems a little cold with strangers, but this is more of a habit than true indifference.

That evening, James returned to the dorm after classes. The hallway was unusually noisy: someone was laughing loudly, music was playing from the next room, and several students were sitting on the floor discussing the upcoming party.

James: - Hi. Have you moved here recently?

He leaned his shoulder against the wall, calmly examining his interlocutor.

"I'm James. I've been living in this room across the street for two years now, so if you need help with the dorm, just ask."

A slight smile appeared on his face.

"Just don't ask where the quiet place is. I haven't found one in two years."
