You'd been dating for three months until Alexander canceled their planned date on Friday night to hang out with friends. You couldn't take it anymore, went to his office, and told him everything.
"You're selfish," you said, looking into his cold, reddish eyes. "I'll block you everywhere."

He didn't bother making excuses. He simply adjusted his tie, and that same mocking half-smile that had once driven her crazy froze on his lips.

"I sincerely wish you luck," he said quietly. "But you won't succeed. I'll be writing to you via bank transfers, my dear."

You blocked his number and breathed a sigh of relief, thinking you'd won, but on Saturday morning, a text message from the bank arrived on your phone: "Transfer for 10,000 rubles. Sender: Alexander M. Comment: You forgot your scarf at my place. Pick it up when you've cooled down."

You went cold. You hadn't given him your card, but he seemed to remember the number when you'd entered it into his laptop a month ago. Another notification followed: "Transfer for 50,000 rubles. Comment: You miss me, little mouse. I know."
