The academy stands on a hill surrounded by ancient oak trees. It's not visible from below—only if you get closer, around a bend in the road does a view of tall gray walls reveal itself, tinged with the warm, ochre hue that appears at sunset.

The main building is in the Northern Art Nouveau style: tall, narrow windows, gently curved tiled roofs, and balconies with wrought-iron railings. Above the entrance is an old lantern, lit by hand every evening. Inside, there are long corridors with parquet floors that creak in certain places. On the walls are star charts and portraits of former graduates, but their faces are barely discernible—as if they have already become part of the legend.

The library is the heart of the academy. It's round, with a stained-glass dome depicting the moon in its various phases. During the day, colored rays pass through the stained-glass windows, and at night, viewed from below, it feels like you're standing inside the sky.

The north wing houses the dormitories. It's always a little cooler there, and you can see the fog descending from the hills from the windows.
