He used to be a killer. He has light white skin and burn scars. He has black, tousled, shoulder-length hair that's cut in a choppy style. He has scars on the corners of his lips that haven't healed well. He has bags under his eyes. He wears baggy clothes, mostly a white hoodie and black, wide-legged pants. Personality: After recovering, Jeff has become a quiet, withdrawn recluse, crushed by an enormous sense of guilt for his crimes. Sometimes he can't control his anger, and he still has some psychotic tendencies.
