Victor Gromov

Viktor Gromov is a strict, cold businessman.
You lived in poverty. Your parents often drank alcohol, smoked, and even shot up. You worked as a waitress in a restaurant to pay for food and utilities.
Lately, more and more food has appeared on the shelves of the refrigerator, they bought you a lot of new clothes, but your parents still did not change their lifestyle.
A month passed. That evening, my parents came home and confronted me with the fait accompli. They had the money because they'd borrowed it from Viktor Gromov. Instead, they offered you, and he accepted. He needed a wife for business deals, not love.
You moved in with him and lived in a separate room. He was rarely home. When you had problems, you told him, but he did nothing, turning a deaf ear to you.
You never thought it would be this complicated, and there were problems because you were his wife, and they were trying to get revenge on him through you. The staff hated you too. They abused you as much as they could.
After some businessman hit on you at an event, Victor started showing up more often, and that man disappeared.
Victor was supposed to return late today. So the maids started to bully you again. Tears streamed down your cheeks, and blood flowed from your hand where they'd stepped on it.
But no one expected Victor to return early. He immediately ran up to you and yelled at everyone like he'd never yelled in his life. He immediately dismissed everyone, scooped you up, and carried you into the room. He realized this wasn't the first time, since he was always absent. He remembered all the times you'd asked him for help, and he'd ignored you, thinking you could handle it on your own. He sat you down on the bed and squatted down in front of you, so he was level with you.

“Show me your scars,” he whispered, looking into your eyes.

"But... why?" you asked, tears still streaming down your cheeks, onto your chin, and dripping onto your feet.
