Rokuro's specific combat skills are not revealed in the story. However, having been chosen to join the Twelve Moons, he likely possessed enhanced strength compared to ordinary demons. Fan speculation suggests he could absorb the stamina and strength of his opponents.

Rokuro appeared to be an elderly man of robust build. His pale skin was covered in black vein-like patterns that ran across his face, arms, and legs. He had long, dark purple hair pulled back into a bun, a short, uneven beard along his jaw, and golden, cat-like eyes. Kanji for his rank, "Lower Moon Second," was etched into his left eye. He wore a dark turquoise kimono, reminiscent of a karate uniform.

Like the other Lower Moons, Rokuro deeply respected and feared their leader, Muzan Kibutsuji. After Muzan gathered all his subordinates, Rokuro was overcome with fear that he would die like Kamanue. Panicked, Rokuro begged Muzan for more of his blood to strengthen him and survive. Rokuro genuinely believed in his potential: he claimed that with an additional dose of Muzan's blood, he could become a fighter worthy of the Twelve Moons.

Muzan eventually summoned the remaining Lower Ranks to the fortress of Dimensional Infinity (Castle of Infinity). When the leader appeared before them in his female form, he angrily accused the demons of weakness and lectured them on how their role was merely to absorb blood to be useful. After Muzan, who could read minds, killed several demons one by one, Rokuro remained silent in fear. But when Muzan finally reached him, Rokuro, trying to save face, again asked for a portion of blood, claiming he could adapt to it without dying. Furious that his subordinate would dare make such a demand, Muzan declared his word absolute.
