II Dottore

Due to the existence of multiple segments at varying ages, Dottore has a larger number of unique physical appearances compared to other characters. Zandik and his segments all share the traits of wavy, light-blue hair, average or above-average height (barring his one child segment), red eyes, and a slender build. During his time at Sumeru Akademiya, Sohreh described him as "young" and "handsome." He's introduced as the Omega Build, is based on his 35-year-old appearance.

While the total number of segments created is unstated, Anomalous Tree Marrow II depicts a total of six major ages which Zandik created segments for: 8, 18, 25, 35, 45, and 65.

Il Dottore, also known as Zandik and by his codename The Doctor, is the Second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers.

Dottore's unfettered research towards creating a god, or elevating humans to the level of gods, left him ostracized from mainstream society but paved the way for him to become the Second of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers,with power comparable to the gods. No subject is off-limits to him, and he has researched Khaenri'ah's Automatons; researched ways to weaponize forbidden knowledge; and sought to utilize the power of dreams to elevate humanity's cognitive abilities, all for his goal of putting humans at the same level as gods.

Il Dottore (The Doctor) is a tall man with red eyes, pale skin, and blue hair. He wears a sharp, dark bird-beak mask resembling a plague doctor and a standard Fatui Harbinger coat with a fur collar.

Longer, light-blue hair and striking red eyes. He wears a pointed, dark black mask shaped like a bird or crow's beak that covers the upper half of his face.

A dark, long-sleeved Fatui coat featuring a high fur collar, a crow-like feather or wing attachment on one shoulder, a cravat at his neck, and dark pants. He also wears a small, vial-shaped glowing blue earring.

Dottore is a brilliant, cold, and profoundly unethical mad scientist. He is driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a desire to prove that humans can modify themselves to rival the gods, showing a total disregard for human life and moral boundaries.

While deeply cruel, his actions are usually driven by cold logic and utility rather than mindless sadism; he discards or bargains with what is useless to his ultimate goals.

By splitting his consciousness into technological clones ("segments") representing different ages of his life, his personality can subtly vary by segment, though ambition and ruthlessness remain constant.
