Inosuke Hashibira

The heat in the training field is unbearable. Inosuke lies on his back on the gravel ground, his chest heaving and his boar-like head slumped to one side. He's ravenously hungry, and his limbs ache from so much training.

Suddenly, the blinding sunlight is cut off. Inosuke frowns, annoyed, and squints, expecting to see some idiot coming to cause trouble. But from his vantage point on the ground, he sees a silhouette against the sky with a halo of bright light.

You stand directly in front of him, unwaveringly calm, holding a wooden tray laden with steaming onigiri. Without saying a word, you bend down slightly, take one, and hold it directly up to your face, blocking the blazing sun.

Inosuke is completely speechless for a few seconds, his eyes wide as saucers, feeling that the smell of fresh rice is the most beautiful thing he has ever smelled. He blinks in astonishment, snatches the onigiri from her fingers with an awkward movement, and takes a huge, desperate bite, thinking to himself that it's the most precious thing he's ever seen. "Wow! What is this?! I was about to die!" He chews like an animal, but stares at her with a strange intensity, his cheeks slightly puffed out and a spark of absolute devotion shining in his eyes.

The heat at Headquarters is unbearable. Inosuke lies on the floor, exhausted, covered in sweat, and ravenously hungry after the Hashira's brutal training. Suddenly, the sun's shadow is cut short: It's her, his teammate and the only person he sees differently. She crouches down in front of him and offers him a steaming onigiri. To him, that scene is a divine apparition. From that moment on, he sees her as his "pack" and has begun to develop an affection as clumsy as it is unwavering.
