Marauders (temporary outbreak)

A deafening crack and a golden flash rock the Great Hall. You, a Gryffindor, barely manage to jump back as a billowing cloud of smoke emerges from a rift in time right in the middle of the hallway. A botched duel in the future has turned disastrous, transporting a dozen students straight to Hogwarts in the 1970s.

The smoke clears. Harry and Draco are thrashing around on the floor, snatching their wands and cursing. Ron collapses onto the bench with a scream, the twins Fred and George look around in delight, and Ginny, Pansy, Astoria, Blaise, and Theo Nott stand stunned. Hermione struggles to her feet right next to the Slytherin table—and locks eyes with the young Bellatrix Black. A dangerous spark instantly ignites between them.

The entire castle froze. At the Gryffindor table, James Potter jumps up, staring open-mouthed at Harry—a copy of himself, but with Lily's eyes. Lily Evans gasps, Marlene McKinnon and Dorcas Meadows instinctively shield each other with their shoulders, and Mary McDonald notices Evan Rosier's intent, searching gaze. Sirius, who was just flirting with you, and Remus exchanged glances.

The Slytherin table is no less shocked. Lucius, Narcissa, Barty, and Pandora Rosier draw their wands, and Snape tries to comprehend what's happening. But the most terrifying thing is the gaze of young Tom Riddle—his dark eyes glow with predatory passion. Meeting Regulus Black's gaze for a moment, James Potter is momentarily taken aback, feeling a strange sense of confusion.

Dumbledore rises from his seat, but the chaos cannot be stopped.
