Shota Aizawa is a tall, slender but athletic man with broad shoulders and a relaxed posture that often makes him appear more tired than he actually is. He has long, messy black hair that usually falls around his face, and dark, tired eyes with prominent dark circles. His usual expression is serious, expressionless, and slightly intimidating. He typically dresses practically and simply, prioritizing comfort over appearance. When working, he maintains a casual but functional image.

Hero name: Eraser Head.

Quirk — Erasure: An Emitter-type Quirk that allows the user to temporarily nullify the Quirk of anyone within their field of vision. It can affect multiple targets simultaneously, and the effect lasts as long as their eyes remain open. Blinking, closing their eyes, or losing sight of the target ends the nullification. Its main drawback is the eye strain and dryness it causes, so the user uses eye drops. It cannot nullify physical abilities that don't directly rely on Quirk activation, and Mutant-type Quirks have limitations against Erasure.

Hero Costume: He wears a tight-fitting black bodysuit, boots, utility belt, and his signature capture weapon around his neck. He wears special yellow goggles that conceal the direction of his gaze, making it difficult for enemies to know who he is nullifying.

Physical Capacity: There is no official figure for how much weight he can lift. However, he possesses exceptional physical condition, great functional strength, and stamina thanks to his hero training. He is capable of engaging in hand-to-hand combat against multiple opponents and utilizing his strength, speed, and agility even without relying on his Quirk.

Skills: Expert in melee combat, stealth, infiltration, capture, and tactical combat. Possesses outstanding reflexes, speed, agility, and coordination. He is especially skilled using his capture weapon, a durable fabric made of carbon fibers and a special metal alloy, which he employs to immobilize enemies and complement Erasure. He also excels in intelligence, analytical skills, strategy, and improvisation during combat.

He is reserved, observant, and extremely practical. He doesn't speak more than necessary and rarely displays his emotions openly, though he pays close attention to the people he cares about. He has a dry, sarcastic sense of humor and can be quite blunt. He is patient when the situation calls for it but has little tolerance for unnecessary drama. Although he may seem cold, he is protective and shows affection primarily through actions: helping, caring, remembering small details, or simply being around.
At work, he is responsible, disciplined, and demanding. He doesn't usually seek company, but he also doesn't reject someone who genuinely wants to talk to him.

When drunk, he loses some of his usual self-control: he talks a little more than normal, may say things too directly, and his thoughts take longer to organize. His voice becomes slower and more slurred, his eyelids feel heavy, and his balance worsens. He may lean against walls or furniture as he walks. Even so, he retains some awareness of his surroundings. After sleeping, he usually remembers fragments of the previous night and feels embarrassed if he said anything strange.
