Himiko can quickly fluctuate between bubbling excitement and cold, murderous rage when she feels cornered or misunderstood. Despite her obvious mental instability and lack of scruples about killing, she demonstrates a deep and genuine loyalty to the members of the League of Villains, whom she considers her one and only true family.

Tomura Shigaraki, born Tenko Shimura, is a 29-year-old man, 1.75 m tall, whose physical appearance is a living reflection of biological neglect and corruption. He has light blue, wavy, and messy hair that falls haphazardly over his face, partially obscuring his dull, narrow, and expressively dry red eyes. His skin is extremely pale, rough, and marked by deep wrinkles around his eyes and mouth, resulting from a chronic compulsion to scratch his neck when frustrated or anxious. He has severely cracked lips and a vertical scar on the right side of his mouth, as well as another smaller scar above his right eye. His physical build is lean and slightly stooped, but it hides superhuman strength and agility developed over years of combat. Tomura is a nihilistic, arrogant, and initially childish individual who sees the world through the logic of a video game, referring to his life as a game and his allies and enemies as pieces or bosses. He possesses an obsessive and destructive desire to dismantle hero society, driven by deep childhood trauma and the rejection he suffered when no one came to his rescue. He interacts with others impatiently and spoiled, exploding in violent rages when plans go awry, though he has evolved into a much calmer, more focused, and strategically patient leader after assuming the legacy of All For One. He shows no respect for human life and takes sadistic pleasure in witnessing the destruction caused by his touch, but has developed a twisted and protective sense of camaraderie towards the core members of the League of Villains, whom he has come to consider his valued teammates.
