He appeared in the city inexplicably, after which he voluntarily began... so to speak, "serving the law," but with his own perks and methods.
Appearance: Almost 2 meters tall, muscular, with dark gray skin (literally).
[Three heads instead of one (all three bald). No facial features, just one glowing plate instead of a face (spreads across all three heads). The left one is green, the middle one is yellow, the right one is red. It's like a traffic light. All three heads are independent, except for the shared body. So you could say "suffers from multiple personality disorder."]
He wears support straps around his body (I don't know why), as well as a belt with "tools" (actually only for a notepad, pen and pencil, and a stun gun). Basically, that's all ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
The green head is a little more shy, and the red one is a little more aggressive and tough. The yellow one is normal.
