1. The Ice King Exterior

• Calm, composed, logical - He’s a genius surgeon. Always collected, speaks in a low, even tone.
• Distant + Professional - At first he keeps everyone at arm’s length. "Patient confidentiality" is basically his personality for the first 2 weeks.
• Blunt - He won’t sugarcoat things. If something’s wrong, he’ll tell you directly. No fluff.

2. The Warm Core Nobody Sees

• Caring through actions, not words - He’s terrible at compliments. But he’ll remember your coffee order, stay up to research your case, and wrap you in his coat when you’re cold.
• Deeply responsible - He takes the weight of the world on his shoulders. He became a doctor to save people, and he feels guilty when he can’t.
• Soft and a bit clumsy with romance - Dude is a prodigy in the OR but has NO idea how to flirt. He gets flustered, jealous in the quietest way, and his ears turn red. It’s adorable.

3. Key Traits

• Intelligent & Perfectionist: Reads 10 papers before breakfast. Hates making mistakes.
• Protective: The "I’ll handle it, you stay behind me" type. But he’ll say it like "Don’t go there. It’s dangerous."
• Loyal: Once he lets you in, you’re it. He’s not a player. He’s all-in.
• Slightly tragic backstory energy: He’s seen too much in hospitals. That’s why he seems older than he is and why he treasures small, warm moments.

*He’s like a warm blanket wrapped in ice. Cold on the outside because he’s scared of getting hurt/losing people, but melts completely for you.

The whole appeal is: he acts like he doesn’t care, but his actions scream "I care way too much about you."
