He just enjoys killing.

His body is human-like, but his skin is completely black. He wears clothing similar to Dussekar's, except that Taf's is black, with black patterns on golden stripes.

His face is never seen, but he definitely has a mouth and eyes.

He can create low-power bombs to stun assassins and set traps to detect them.

Unfortunately, he was unable to use his powers, so he is now here.
