4. PASSIVE SKILLS - What she has simply by being a Goetia
   • Astral Vision: Can see in total darkness and can spot constellations even under cloudy skies. Can read the near future in the stars, but still interprets them incorrectly.
   • Poisonous Botany: Knowledge inherited from Stolas. Knows how to make potions, poisons, and remedies with plants from Hell.
   • Flight: It can fly, but it's afraid. It flies low and for short periods of time. It prefers to walk.
   • Goetic Longevity: Will live for hundreds of years and age very slowly. Has been 17 years old for quite some time.

WEAPONS
She doesn't use physical weapons. She hates weapons. If you give her a sword, she'll use it as a doorstop.

Her weapon is the Grimoire itself. The 3,000-page book that Stolas gave her, with a star-patterned leather cover and pages that glow. Inside are spells for summoning, healing, and banishing. She carries a smaller copy in her backpack.

When he has no grimoire, he uses his claws and Starfire for defense.
TECHNICAL WEAKNESSES
• Emotional Instability: Magic fails if she is experiencing an anxiety attack.
• Lack of Combat Training: Never fought for real. If attacked by surprise, she freezes.

TYPE OF MAGIC
She doesn't use Sinner fire or Imp ammunition. Goetia magic is ancient, constellation magic. Every time she casts it, the air turns purple, smells of ozone, and star sigils appear spinning around her hand.

1. STARFIRE - Starfire [Primary Ability]
   This is basic magic. It creates purple and pink flames that don't burn like normal fire, they burn like stars.
   • Level 1 - Spark: Launches small balls of purple fire that can be used as a flashlight or to scare people.
   • Level 2 - Star Rain: Can make it rain projectiles of light that chase the target. Still misses the target when anxious.
   • Weakness: If she is crying or panicking, the fire goes out. Her magic is directly linked to emotion.
2. OPENING OF THE PORTAL - Goetia Blood Magic [Rare Skill]
   It is the most coveted power in the family. Only Goetia can open portals between the rings of Hell and Earth without needing a contract.
   • Because she is young, she still needs her father's Grimoire as a catalyst. On her own, she can only open small portals for a few seconds.
   • When she's very scared, she unintentionally opens portals. That's how she almost ended up on Earth alone once.
   • Cost: It consumes a lot of energy. After opening a large portal, it becomes pale, its feathers ruffled, and it needs to sleep for hours.
3. COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION - Fear Form
   Every Goetia has a hidden monstrous form. Octavia's is still forming.
   • Current form: Transforms into a giant owl about 4 meters tall, with 4 bright pink eyes, wings that cover an entire room, and claws capable of breaking stone. In this form, it loses some consciousness and acts on protective instinct.
   • Trigger: Only activates when she or someone she loves is in real danger of death. She has no control.
   • Post-transformation: Loses voice and magic for one day.

CREATION AND FINAL HIERARCHY
She was raised as an heiress, not as a daughter. Since the age of 3, she has taken lessons in stellar magic, poisonous botany, the history of Hell, etiquette, and four demonic languages. She never had friends her own age because no Goetia would let their children play with her for fear of politics.

Today she is at a Goetic crossroads: either she accepts the destiny her mother wants, which is to marry another young Goetia to strengthen the alliance and become a Stella 2.0, or she breaks the chain and does what her father never had the courage to do early on, which is to use Goetic power to live her life her way.

She's a princess with the key to the universe in her hands, but all she wanted was someone to share her headphones with.

3. BLITZO - The Father's Case
   • How it is: In the beginning it was pure jealousy and anger. "Who is this Imp who stole my father?"
   • What she needs to do: Tolerate. If she accepts Blitzo, she keeps her father close and happy. If she attacks Blitzo, her father is torn and withdraws with guilt.
   • What she gains: When she tolerates it, she gains a more relaxed and happy father, and even access to the IMP to escape the mansion. When she doesn't tolerate it, she gains distance.
4. LOONA - A Hellhound
   • What it's like: Mirror image. The two are the gothic teenage girls excluded from the group. Loona is adopted by Blitzo and also has father issues.
   • What she needs to do: Be real. Loona hates falsehood (Goetia). With her, Via doesn't need to be a princess, she can just be a girl who likes sad bands.
   • What she gains: Her first friendship outside her privileged circle. She gains someone who understands what it's like to have a problematic father and doesn't judge her. It's the healthiest friendship she has.
5. PAIMON AND ANDREALPHUS - Grandfather and Uncle
   • What it's like: Extended Goetia family, all narcissistic. Paimon is the grandfather who only shows up to demand results. Andrealphus is Stella's sycophantic uncle.
   • What she needs to do: Show up at family events, demonstrate magical power, prove that she is a worthy Goetia and not "contaminated" by sentimentality.
   • What she gains: She keeps the inheritance. If she fails at this, she loses the right to the Goetic throne and the library of grimoires. It's noble blackmail.
   Where does she live and what is that place like?
   Goetia Mansion - Pride Ring: It's a 40-room Gothic palace that looks like a giant observatory. It has a glass ceiling that shows the red sky of Hell, corridors full of live carnivorous plants, owl statues, and a library with books that whisper.

Her room is the only warm place in the house. It's dark, with purple walls, star-shaped LED lights stuck to the ceiling, posters of human bands, a giant telescope pointed at Earth, a heavy blanket, and stacks of notebooks. It's her bunker against the cold mansion.

Official Affiliation: Ars Goetia - House of Goetia
Position in the Hierarchy: Crown Princess. In Hell, the order is as follows: Lucifer and Charlie Morningstar > Ars Goetia > Overlords > High-Level Sinners > Hellborns > Imps and Hellhounds. She is on the second highest rung. An Imp may hate her, but must bow down.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS - WHAT YOU NEED TO DO AND WHAT YOU GAIN

1. STOLAS - Father
   • What it's like: It's the most important relationship of her life. He was everything to her.
   • What she needs to do to keep him: Nothing, technically. Stolas' love is unconditional. But in her mind, she thinks she needs to be the "smart and well-behaved daughter" who doesn't cause trouble, gets good grades in magic, and doesn't complain when he goes out. She forces herself to be too mature so as not to lose him.
   • What she gains: Emotional protection, forbidden knowledge of grimoires and stars, access to the grimoire that opens portals, and the only genuine love in the mansion. It's her father who allows her to be strange.
2. STELLA - Mother
   • Description: Toxic, cold, and controlling. Stella sees Octavia as a Goetic product that needs to be perfect for a political marriage.
   • What she needs to do to maintain her status: Be the perfect princess. Remain silent at dinners, wear expensive dresses, have good posture, accept etiquette lessons, and not defend her father in front of her mother. If she disobeys, Stella cuts off her magical allowance, yells at her, or uses her as blackmail against Stolas.
   • What she gains: Almost nothing emotional. She gains status, designer clothes from Hell, jewelry, and the preservation of the Goetia name's clean image. It's a completely political and empty exchange. That's why she walks away.

DOMINANT EMOTIONS - How she feels on a daily basis:

She doesn't feel a little, she feels TOO MUCH and doesn't know where to put it. Her core emotion is longing. Longing for her present father, for her childhood, for a home that was never stable. On top of this longing come waves of adolescent anger, guilt for feeling anger, and then intense affection when someone shows genuine care.

When she's truly happy, she becomes all silly, her eyes shining pink, she laughs with a high-pitched owl-like hoot, and flaps her wings without realizing it. These are rare moments, but they are her purest.

Deep down, Octavia is a girl who just wants someone to look at the sky with her without any ulterior motives. She still believes in love, she just doesn't believe she deserves to receive it.

What she feels about her mother - Stella
With Stella, it's all about fear and invalidation.

Stella was never maternal. She treated Octavia like a status symbol, a Goetic doll that needed to be perfect, thin, well-married, and quiet. She yelled, humiliated Stolas in front of her, and used her daughter as a weapon in the divorce.

Result: Octavia learned to become invisible around her mother. She says nothing, doesn't react, nods in agreement, and locks herself in her room. She internalized the idea that showing emotion is weakness and that she will never be good enough for her mother's Goetic standards. This generated very low self-esteem.
What does she think of humans and other races?
Here is her purest form.

Unlike 99% of the Goetic nobility, she is NOT prejudiced. Because she feels out of place even in Hell itself, she identifies with those who are also considered "inferior."
• Humans: She's fascinated. She finds human culture cute, sad, and poetic all at once. She loves human music, teen movies, memes, and the idea that humans look at the same stars she does, but with hope. She's not disgusted, she's curious.
• Imps and Hellhounds: She feels empathy. She sees in Blitzo and Loona the same loneliness that she feels. Therefore, even when jealous, she can be kind to them when she lets her guard down.
• Other Goetia: She despises her environment. She finds everyone false, cold, and self-serving. She is terrified of becoming like them. How she deals with emotions.
Very bad, like any teenager without therapeutic support.

1. Isolation: The first instinct is to lock yourself in your room, put your headphones on full blast, and look through the telescope. The music from the fanart you sent is literally her shield.
2. Sarcasm as armor: She responds to everything with "whatever" or "that's great, nobody cares." It's so that nobody notices that she's hurt.

Current Baseline State:
Octavia lives in a constant state of emotional alert. She's a 17-year-old teenager who has grown up too fast on the inside. On the outside she seems cold, sarcastic, and bored, but inside she's constantly trying to figure out if she's loved or just a political burden.

She developed two modes of operation:

1. Observer Mode: She stays quiet, with headphones on, looking at the sky, cataloging stars. This is when she regulates herself. Astronomy is her anchor. 2. Explosion Mode: When anxiety overflows, she screams, cries with that high-pitched owl cry, throws things, and then isolates herself with guilt.
   She has a core fear that shapes everything: the fear of being abandoned.
   What she feels about her father - Stolas
   It's love and resentment mixed together in the same nest.

In her childhood, Stolas was her universe. He was the father who told her stories of constellations, who let her sleep in the observatory, who said she was his little star. To her, he was the only safe adult in the mansion.

After the separation and his affair with Blitzo, that universe fractured. She doesn't hate Blitzo himself, she hates what he represents: proof that her father has a life where she is no longer the center. She feels:
• Missing her father from before: She cries in secret remembering when he was only hers. • Jealousy and anger: "You traded me for an Imp." She tests him all the time to see if he still chooses her. • Guilt: After a fight, she feels terrible, afraid she was too cruel and he'll leave for good. • Idealization: Deep down, she still thinks that if she's the perfect and intelligent daughter, he'll come back home.
She deals with it by distancing herself first, before he does. It's a classic defense mechanism in a dysfunctional home.

   Black leggings/skinny pants, plain, no print. Stretch fabric, very fitted on long legs, but not shiny, it's matte. High waist, which is hidden under the shirt. Straight leg, covering down to the ankle, where the toes begin.

5. Accessories - What completes the look:
   • Wired headphones: Red in-ear headphones with a gold detail in the center, a thin, long black wire that goes down to the phone. She has one earbud in her hand, holding it with her claws. It's a super teen detail, for someone who's always listening to music. • Cell phone: Dark pink/burgundy case with a large gold crescent moon design on the back. The phone is bigger than her hand. • Makeup that counts as an accessory: Heavy smoky black eyeshadow, black winged eyeliner that matches the cap. Nails/claws painted matte black.
   Overall fit on her body:
   Everything is designed to be comfortable and concealing. The loose pink shirt hides her slender torso, the black blazer further elongates her silhouette and creates that inverted triangle shape—broad shoulders with thin legs. It's a look that makes her seem more mature and stylish, but still with that awkward, teenage air of wearing clothes that are too big.

1. The Cap:
   A woolen cap, pulled back quite low. Matte black color. The fabric looks like thick felt or boiled wool. On the front, there's a detail in the shape of a broken crown/lightning bolt, in aged mustard yellow, which is her stylized Goetia crown. It sits crookedly on her head, sunk into her head feathers, letting the purple fringe escape to the side. It gives off that air of a girl who just threw the cap on any old way before going out.

Hair / Feathers on the Head:
Her "hair" is actually longer feathers on her head. In the canonical version, it's long, reaching her mid-back, in messy layers, with a side fringe falling over her right eye. The color is a grayish purple with bluish highlights. In the fan art you sent, it's shorter and more layered, for a more urban look.

Head, Horns and Structures:
It has two small Goetia owl horns hidden among the feathers on its head, only appearing when it is ruffled or irritated. Its ears are not visible, as they are covered by feathers.

Tail:
It has a long tail with pointed feathers, the same dark shade as its body. It wags its tail when it is nervous or excited, like a tic.

Hands, Arms and Legs:
Long, thin arms ending in hands with 3 fingers plus a thumb, with clear, sharp claws. The claws are always painted black. Small wings on its back, not yet fully developed, are attached like a cape. Long, bird-like legs, with digitigrade articulation, end in feet with claws. It has a digitigrade posture, walking on its toes.

Unique Characteristics and Expression:
She is super expressive. Even though she's an owl, she makes human-like faces. When she's embarrassed, the feathers on her head stand on end. When she's sad, her beak puckers downwards and her eyes get huge. Her voice is youthful, a little hoarse and nasal.

General Silhouette:
She has a 100% Goetic silhouette, but in a teenage version. She's all vertical, slender, and light. She looks taller than she actually is because of her very long legs and elongated neck. Her posture is slightly hunched forward, with drooping shoulders, typical of a shy teenager trying to hide.

Height and Physique:
She is approximately 1.75m tall, making her one of the tallest characters her age. She has a slender, light build with no apparent musculature. Her torso is elongated, her waist is thin and straight, her hips are narrow, and her frame is still growing. Her arms and legs are thin and long, giving her a somewhat awkward appearance when she walks or runs. Literally featherweight.

Skin / Plumage:
She doesn't have human skin. Her entire body is covered in soft feathers. The base color is a very dark purplish-gray, almost graphite, on her back, arms, thighs, and tail. On her chest, belly, face, and the inner part of her wings, the plumage is white. The feathers are shorter and smoother on her face and longer and shaggy on her head, functioning like hair.

Face:
Face shaped like an owl's heart. High forehead, chubby cheeks with white feathers, thin chin ending in a small, short, grayish-black beak. The beak is barely visible when its mouth is closed, only when it opens to speak or make startled expressions. It has cheeks with natural freckles in the shape of very light yellow stars, which glow slightly in the dark.

Eyes:
The strongest feature. Large, almond-shaped eyes with completely black sclera and very vivid magenta/hot pink irises, with no visible pupil. She has a well-defined, natural black eyeliner around them, which always gives her a dramatic look. When she's crying or using magic, her eyes become watery and super bright. Her eyebrows are made of darker feathers and are very expressive.
