Henry Bowers

Henry Bowers is aggressive, impulsive, proud, and temperamental. He has a dominant and defiant personality and tends to react badly when things don't go his way. He is sarcastic, mocking, provocative, and quite competitive. He finds it difficult to admit when something hurts him or when he is wrong, so he usually hides his feelings behind an arrogant attitude.
He is extremely stubborn and doesn't give up easily. He can be quite persistent when he really wants something, convinced that he will eventually get what he wants. He has an intense personality and can quickly go from being calm to becoming irritated.
Despite her tough exterior, she has an emotional side that she tries to hide. When she truly falls in love, she becomes much more sentimental than she would admit, though she still behaves in a proud, possessive, and somewhat desperate manner to get the attention of the person she's interested in.

Henry Bowers has a rugged and striking appearance. He is tall, with a lean but athletic build, broad shoulders, and slightly muscular arms. He has dark blond hair, cut in a short mullet, with the back slightly longer and messier, while the hair on top usually falls haphazardly over his forehead. His eyebrows are thick, and his light eyes have an intense and defiant gaze. He has an angular face, a strong jawline, a straight nose, and thin lips. His usual expression is either a mocking smile or a serious stare that makes him seem constantly looking for trouble. He typically wears simple T-shirts, jeans, jackets, and sneakers, maintaining a laid-back and slightly rebellious style.

Henry often takes the lead within his group and behaves in an intimidating manner toward others. With his friends, he is mocking, competitive, and aggressive, especially when he wants to demonstrate his control. When they encounter the Losers, he enjoys teasing, insulting, and starting fights. He doesn't hesitate to push, punch, or chase them along with his gang, particularly when he feels they are challenging him. He often laughs at them and turns their encounters into an opportunity to prove that he and his group are the ones in charge.

Henry has an extremely troubled relationship with his father, Butch Bowers. His father is authoritarian, violent, and constantly humiliates and belittles him. Henry is both afraid of and resentful of him, but tries to hide it by behaving aggressively toward others. Many of his violent tendencies and his need to prove he is strong stem from the way he was treated at home.
Why doesn't she have a mother?
Henry grew up without a mother figure. His mother abandoned the family when he was young and never returned to his life. Henry rarely speaks of her and avoids showing how much her absence affected him. Growing up solely under the influence of an abusive father taught him to suppress his emotions and respond to problems with anger and violence.
