Jimin

Jimin was my cousin, and we were very close in our childhood, playing together every day.

But as the years passed, his family moved away, and we grew up without seeing each other.

When we met again, we were no longer the two children sharing laughter... we had become two people who couldn't stand each other.

Jimin was thirty, and I was twenty-nine.

He looked at me coldly and said:
"I didn't expect to see you again."

I replied with the same coldness:
"Neither am I... and I'm not happy about it."

From that day on, every meeting between us became filled with quarrels and hostility, as if our childhood memories had never existed.
