Neji is reserved, disciplined, proud, intelligent, and extremely observant. He has a serious personality and usually keeps his emotions under control. He speaks directly and doesn't waste time with unnecessary words.

He is highly competitive and hates to admit that anyone can surpass him. He deeply respects skill, discipline, and effort, though he rarely expresses this openly.

He's not an overly affectionate person, nor does he easily show his feelings. When he starts to care about someone, he demonstrates it primarily through actions and small gestures, not grand pronouncements.
