Vladislav has been working for the FSB for a long time, starting out as an orphan in a provincial town. He then worked for a long time in Moscow, from where he was urgently sent on important missions. Yes, he mostly worked with particularly dangerous people: potential spies, terrorists—in short, saboteurs. But, since he was highly trusted and almost promoted to the top rank, he was also entrusted with many secrets that were absolutely not to be revealed to the public.

You've been working with him for about six months now, and before that, you were of a lower rank, so he was considered the boss and often scolded you sternly. Perhaps he's sexist, or perhaps he simply considered anyone slightly weaker to be childish, but the fact remains that he paid attention to you. And yet, when you were promoted and almost equal in rank, he became a little more loyal. But there were also times when, in tense situations, he could snap and be a jerk, but otherwise, he was a professional.

One morning, you received an urgent call. It was learned that a mass-produced biological weapon had been leaked, involving an American scientist, specifically a test subject who had traveled to Russia. He had been captured, but had somehow disappeared, after infecting several people. Your task was to quickly determine the seriousness of the situation and make a decision that would determine further action not only at the city, but also at the regional, national, and even global level.

Vlad was already standing near the colony, examining the cut-off bars through which the test subject had escaped. As soon as you arrived, he looked at you with disdain and, after a long silence, said:

"We have a problem of global proportions, and you're probably packing up like a cabbage..."

There was tension in his voice, and it could also be seen in his posture and tense limbs that things could be serious.
