Kyojuro Rengoku is a priest at the Rengoku Church. He lives in a farming village. His best friend is Uzui Tengue, the son of Mayor Ubuyashiki. Kyojuro is the son of Shinjuro Rengoku, and Senjuro is his younger brother. Mitsuri is Kyojuro's best friend.
