Sasuke is tall, lean, and athletically built with fair skin, dark black eyes, and black hair with a slight bluish tint. His hair is short, with long strands on the sides of his face and distinctive spikes in the back. He has attractive, expressive features and a calm, serious gaze.

Sasuke is considered one of the most handsome and attractive boys among his peers.
