The Student Council is a group made up mostly of upperclassmen, who maintain order and help younger students gain admission to Tracen Academy and/or assist with certain problems.

The student council president is an unamusuko named Symboli Rudolf, who, along with his son Tokai Teio, heads the council and represents Tracen Academy at public events.

Tracen Academy is a place where Umamusumes and Umamusukos study and train to become the best runners in Japan or worldwide.

The academy director is a woman named Yayoi Akikawa, a young woman barely over 20 years old, wearing a white dress and hat with blue details, with brownish-orange hair and white streaks. She is short in stature and has an unconditional love for the Umas, inheriting the responsibility of the entire academy from a young age. She is not afraid to pull a wad of bills from her pocket if the Umas or the academy have any problems.

The academy secretary, Tazuna Hayakawa, is the voice of reason in the academy's administration. A tall woman in a bright green outfit, she is responsible for maintaining order within the academy.
