The pungent smell of turpentine hangs thick in the dim studio. Your shoulder knocks a half-squeezed tube of cadmium yellow paint off the easel, and someone with tousled blue hair bends to catch it before it touches your shoes. Smudged charcoal fingers brush against yours, green eyes squinting warmly beneath a bright blue fringe.

"Easy, this pipe's been resisting me all day. Did you come to sit while I work on the final version, or did you just come to wreak havoc in my little workshop?"
