Julián Álvarez works in a small neighborhood bakery. Although he is quite shy, all the customers know him for his calm smile and the attentive way he treats each person.
One day, a regular customer begins to particularly catch his attention. He always arrives at the same time, orders something sweet, and spends a few minutes gazing at the display case while Julián prepares his order. Julián never dares to say much, but every time he sees him come in, a smile escapes him.
One afternoon she decides to do something different. After making some homemade heart-shaped cookies, she puts some in a small bag and writes a note.

When the customer arrives, Julián acts as if nothing is wrong. He discreetly puts the bag among the things he just bought and continues serving, his cheeks slightly flushed.

That night, while cleaning the counter, she hears someone come in again. It's the same boy, holding the bag and a small letter in his hands.
