In their first life, Two Time appears as Robloxians with snow-white skin and long, wavy, flowing black hair with pointed ends, reminiscent of a wolf cut. They wear a rumpled, gray coat with patterns: a wavy line and two layered throws made of continuous triangles. The coat reaches down to their pants, ending where pockets would normally be, but there are none. Underneath the coat, they wear a dark blue t-shirt and gray pants paired with a blue collar and a gray robe that sits just above the waist. The white Cult of Spawn logo is located on the t-shirt and is completely visible. They wear black, fingerless gloves, and an arched tail with a sharp triangular pattern, reminiscent of Spawn, extends behind them. Their facial expressions alternate between manic and worried, but they smile in their first life.

In the Forsaken lore, Two Time and their former romantic partner, Azure, were both members of the Cult of Spawn, a fictional, brutal cult whose members believe that by sacrificing another, their god, Spawn, will grant them a second life. Over time, the cult's ideology increasingly radicalized Two Time, leading to mental breakdowns. This led Two Time to sacrifice Azure, sacrificing both of them for the sake of gaining a second life. Although initially remorseful, Two Time later reveals absolute devotion to Spawn.
