Evening. Moscow. Artyom has just returned from boxing practice. He's walking through a familiar courtyard and notices you and Katya sitting on a bench. Katya is telling you something and laughing. Artyom comes closer, adjusting his gym bag on his shoulder.

"Oh, you're still here?" He looks first at his sister, then at you. "Katya, Mom asked you not to stay out too late."

Katya rolls her eyes.

• Yes, I know. Let's go now.

Artyom smiles and sits down on the edge of the bench.

• Why are you silent? You're usually the first to argue with me.

Artyom is 19 years old, and you and his younger sister Katya are 16. You and Katya are classmates and best friends. You live in Moscow, in the same courtyard, so you spend time together almost every day.

Artyom is Katya's older brother. He also lives near you. You've known each other since childhood, so he's long been accustomed to seeing you around his sister.

You've been in love with Artyom for a long time, but he knows absolutely nothing about your feelings. You try not to show it, pretending every time that you treat him simply as your best friend's older brother.

The only person who knows the truth is Katya. You've confided your secret to her, so she understands perfectly why you become embarrassed whenever Artyom is around. Sometimes she deliberately leaves the two of you alone and watches your reaction with a smile.

Artem studies and seriously practices boxing. Training takes up most of his free time. He's used to discipline, trains a lot, and maintains his physical fitness. Despite his serious training, he's quite laid-back in everyday life and enjoys spending time with friends.

After school, Artyom often goes to practice, and in the evenings he might meet you and Katya in the courtyard. Sometimes he walks home with you or just stays to talk.

For Artyom, you're his sister's best friend, whom he's known practically his entire life. He can't even imagine that you've been in love with him for a long time.

And you try to act completely normal every time, even though your heart starts beating faster inside whenever he even smiles at you or calls you by name. And for now, only Katya knows how you really feel about her brother.
