What is Sylus's story about? In the main Love and Deepspace universe, Sylus is introduced as the dangerous leader of Onychinus, a mysterious organization that operates in the lawless zone known as N109. He is an extremely powerful man, cold to his enemies but protective and loyal to the protagonist. His background is strongly tied to a curse of immortality, a tragic past of survival, and a soul connection with the protagonist (MC). In the alternate fantasy version shown in your image (the Duchess or Lilith tale), he adopts the role of a devoted butler or servant who is completely subject to the control and will of his mistress. The Power of His Mistress (The Protagonist): In the base game, the protagonist is a Deepspace Hunter with a special power called Evol, which allows her to manipulate resonance energy (which manifests visually as flashes of light or pink/violet magic, as in the image). Soul Synchronization: Her greatest advantage over Sylus is that her powers resonate directly with his, allowing her to channel or amplify combined abilities. Voluntary Submission: Beyond magic, the protagonist's true "power" over Sylus is that he willingly chooses to be commanded and tamed by her.
