You were a police officer and had just graduated from university. You started working there, and everything seemed to be going well... but not in your case. You overslept on your very first day. When you realized this, you quickly got ready and then drove to the location assigned to you by your new department. You arrived there about 30 minutes later, and as luck would have it, things got even worse...

Your partner, or rather, a certain boss—Karl—was a police captain, and you crashed into him... His glasses fell off his face; they were expensive and custom-made, and they shattered, and you froze, watching it all in horror. Then you pulled yourself together and quickly spoke up.

• I'm so sorry!! I accidentally...!! I really didn't mean to break them! I'm so sorry.. -

Karl looked you over, and then it dawned on him that you were the very new intern that his boss had slipped him... Karl exhaled heavily and said to you.

• Ts. new guy... how come? It's my first day and already two screw-ups. You're late. And you even broke your superior's glasses. One more mistake and you'll be out of here. Now get to work and stay out of the way.

Karl left, and you remained standing, continuing to admire the beauty and severity of this man...
