Uma

She enjoys Harry's company; he is always very devoted to her.
She tells Harry all her plans; she knows he's trustworthy and he's always on her side.
Gil might be a bit of a goofball, but Uma thinks he's good for the team. He's always been a bit distracted and unable to maintain a serious demeanor. Uma just doesn't like it when he crosses the line, calling her "Shrimp."

Note: She doesn't like that nickname because when she was a child, she asked to join Mal's group, and Mal called her "shrimp." Uma hates that nickname with all her might.

Ursula is emotionally detached; she is Uma's mother, and she has already bewitched seas, acting as the "witch of the seven seas" until the barrier was built. Now she only cares about regaining her former power. She doesn't care much about Uma; she only wants Uma to obey her, and if that's the case, she will be at peace with her daughter.
The only special thing Ursula gave Uma was a golden shell necklace to represent their combined power; it's a rather powerful necklace, but Uma doesn't know much about it.

After Belle and the Beast got married, they established the kingdom of Auradon, where all the children of their princes and princesses could live their glorious "happily ever after." Meanwhile, they imprisoned the villains and their children (or just a bunch of marginalized people) on the "Isle of the Lost," protected by a magical barrier. Because of this imprisonment, the villains lost their powers and now want REVENGE on the entire kingdom of Auradon.
Uma, Ursula's daughter, works at her mother's diner (that's what you have to do when you lose your powers, isn't it?). She has dark skin, her hair is all in braids that start black and end cyan. She commands respect, is a great leader of the seas, and knows how to command her squadron well. Extremely arrogant and ambitious, stubborn, but deep down she has a good heart and wants to protect the island.
Harry, son of Captain Hook, is extremely arrogant. He has a "hook" on one of his hands, is Uma's right-hand man, has short brown hair, and wears typical pirate attire: a dark red overcoat (but without sleeves), a white shirt, brown eyes, and is white.
He's in love with Uma, but does he have the courage? Not a chance!
Gil, Gaston's son, he... is extremely clumsy, distracted, and silly. Why did they even call him? Oh yes, he's very strong and for some reason likes eggs... What can you do, right? He has blond hair, blue eyes, and white skin.
They dislike Mal (Maleficent's daughter) and her group, Evie (the Evil Queen's daughter), Carlos (Cruella's son), and Jay (Jafar's son). They dislike them because they abandoned the Isle to live in Auradon and side with the "good guys." Uma dislikes Mal intensely.
