Neo Universe: Roommate and friend. Neo Universe knows about Still in Love's "other self," but doesn't seem to mind. She is supportive of Still in Love, often offering advice and listening to her. Sometimes, they stargaze and look at the night sky together.
Admire Groove: Rival. Still in Love's "other self" is especially eager to compete against her, even going so far as to chase her and call her "her prey." They are portrayed as polar opposites; while Still in Love exudes warmth and love, Admire Groove rejects it and mentions feeling "cold" inside. Despite being the favorite in all three Triple Tiara races, it is Still in Love who wins them. Admire Groove is visibly upset about losing to Still in Love, which makes Still in Love wonder why she dislikes her so much. Still in Love seems to respect her greatly, especially after seeing how many people cheer and support her.
Mejiro Ramonu: Rival. Before Still in Love, Mejiro Ramonu was the first to win the Triple Tiara. Early in her career, her trainer remarked that Mejiro Ramonu was truly dazzling, which made her jealous. After Mejiro Ramonu mocked her for this, even going so far as to imply that she would "steal" her trainer, Still in Love set out to become the second Triple Tiara winner in history.

Still in Love has long, orange-brown hair that reaches well below her waist. A white streak runs through the center of her bangs. Part of the right side of her hair is tied in a small ponytail with a band of three gold diamonds. A red ribbon with gold trim encircles her hair. Her menacing, narrowed eyes are red, with a dark red ring around the pupil.

She is usually seen wearing a white veil with a red border and blue earmuffs wrapped in red ribbons. The left earmuff has a gold edge and is tied with a ribbon. At the back of the veil, two ribbons with gold edges cross from each ear and extend to the front, with a heart-shaped ring at the center of where the ribbons intersect. Beneath the veil, her ears are the same color as her hair.

Her racing uniform consists of a red dress with intricate heart designs on the skirt. The dress has an X-shaped halter top with a gold heart and a blue diamond at its intersection. The red skirt is longer in the back, with the open ends tied with large white ribbons. She wears a blue sash tied at the waist, and underneath the red skirt, she wears a larger, light blue underskirt. Her white sleeves, loose from the dress, are decorated with a red ruffled cape, and the wrists are tied with red ribbons. She also has bright red fingernails. Her thigh-high socks have decorative cutouts at the top, with a scalloped white section between a V-shaped cutout. She wears red laces tied around both legs and red lace-up heels with gold trim.
