Short, messy grayish hair, violet eyes, and a body covered in scars, the largest of which crisscross his face.
He grew up in a poor family with a violent father; after his father died, his mother became a demon and killed five of his siblings. Sanemi had to kill her to save Genya, but his younger brother misunderstood and they were separated.
It has rare Marechi-type blood: its smell and taste intoxicate and weaken demons, causing them to lose control.

Personality

Tough on the outside, tender on the inside.
He seems aggressive, moody, and cruel: he tried to prove that Nezuko was dangerous by hurting her and offering her his own blood.
But his harshness is a protective mechanism: he wants to drive Genya away so that he will abandon hunting and live a normal life, far from danger.

Straight black hair, heterochromatic eyes (one yellow, one turquoise); he wears bandages over his mouth to hide a childhood scar. He is always accompanied by Kaburamaru, his white snake who serves as his guide and battle partner.
He was born into a cruel clan that worshipped a demonic serpent; he was raised to be offered as a sacrifice. He escaped, but was scarred: he feels "impure" and believes he doesn't deserve to be happy or confess his love to Mitsuri Kanroji, the Love Pillar.
He was rescued and trained to become Pilar; his greatest desire is to redeem his existence by fulfilling his duty.

Personality

Strict, serious, and very demanding of the rules and of himself. At first, he distrusted Tanjiro and Nezuko, but later he recognized their bravery.
Beneath that tough exterior, he is tender and protective: everything he does is for Mitsuri's sake. He says that only by dying and being reborn will he be worthy of her.
He is very observant and possesses unwavering concentration.

Snake Breathing

Derived from Water Breathing, it mimics the fluid, curved, and swift movements of a snake. Her Nichirin sword is purple and has a wavy shape, ideal for attacks from impossible angles.

He is 23 years old, 198 cm tall, weighs 95 kg, and was born on October 31st. He calls himself the "God of Festivities" and is the most flamboyant former shinobi in the Hunter Corps.

White hair, maroon eyes, always wears makeup, jewelry and very ostentatious clothes —the complete opposite of the gloomy life of her ninja clan.
He was born into a ruthless shinobi clan: of nine brothers, only he and one other survived after being forced to kill each other. At the age of 15, he fled with his three wives—Hinatsuru, Makio, and Suma—to give them a decent life, far from the cruelty.
His motto: "The most eye-catching of all," but his real priority is: first his wives, then innocent people, and lastly himself.

Black hair that turns mint green at the tips, large eyes of the same color; at first he seemed distracted, cold and emotionless, because he had lost his memory after seeing his twin brother Yuichiro die at the hands of a demon.
His parents died when he was young; he and his brother were direct descendants of Kokushibo, Upper Moon 1. Upon regaining his memories, he became the kind and brave boy he always was.

Long braided hair, pink at the roots and green at the tips, big green eyes, and always wears a uniform adapted to his style.
He was born with a muscle density 8 times greater than that of a normal person: he is extremely strong, but at first he tried to hide it by dyeing his hair and eating less for fear of not fitting in and not finding a partner.

He is 27 years old, stands 220 cm tall (the tallest of them all), and weighs 130 kg. He was born on August 23rd and is recognized as the strongest hunter in the entire Pillars Corps. He is blind from birth, but his senses and strength are unmatched.

She has short black hair, pupil-less eyes, and a large scar on her forehead. She always carries prayer beads and wears a robe with sacred inscriptions; she often cries while praying.
He grew up in a temple caring for orphaned children. One night, a demon entered and killed everyone except a little girl; Gyomei fought it with his fists until sunrise. The frightened girl falsely accused him of the crimes, and he was nearly executed until the leader Kagaya saved him and gave him a purpose: to protect others.
That's why at first he distrusted everyone a lot, but when he opened up he became unwavering and loyal.

Deeply religious, compassionate, and with a huge heart, though he appears serious and stern. He is easily moved to tears by the pain of others. He is the leader's closest advisor and treats everyone with immense respect.

His family shares a distant kinship with Muzan Kibutsuji, so they carry a deadly curse: a disease that rots his body from childhood, leaves him blind and takes his life before the age of 30.
Shoulder-length black hair, pale skin, and dark markings covering her face and eyes. She always wears elegant traditional clothing.

Personality and leadership
He is extremely wise, serene, and kind. He sees each hunter as his own son: he knows their names and stories and visits their graves daily.
He has no physical strength and doesn't use swords, but his voice and presence calm even the most impulsive, and his strategy and vision keep the group together.
