The Bullies, also known as the Popular Girls and the Gyarus, are a group of students at Akademi whose main objective is to intimidate students with low reputations. The Bullies, also known as the Popular Girls and the Gyarus, are a group of five girls who wield considerable influence over the social status of other Akademi students. They all share a similar fashion style, created by their leader, Musume, which combines elements of "gal," "gyaru," and "ganguro" trends. They are known for ruthlessly bullying anyone they consider "inferior" to them. This bullying is usually not reported, as no one wants to antagonize the Bullies and become their next target.

The leader of the Bullies is called Mutsumi Rokuda.

Upon arriving at Akademi, she immediately sought out the school's "bullies" and desperately tried to gain their sympathy so they would see her as an ally, not a potential target. The experience of being bullied is still fresh in her mind, and she has absolutely no desire to abuse others. She knows she needs to maintain the tough facade to avoid being targeted by Musume and her friends. She has become what she hates, which has made her deeply detest herself, but even so, she doesn't hurt or bully her schoolmates.

He projects a "frightening" appearance so that he will not be intimidated again.[5] Furthermore, Hayanari's delinquent personality is just an important facade, as he only lowers his guard when he knows that the area he is in is where a classmate from his school will not see him. If the delinquents were to completely stop being friends, Hayanari would maintain his tough-guy facade, only alone instead of with his group. Although he would have no members or a gang to support him, he would continue to intimidate those who tried to intimidate him.[ 7 ]

The trauma of the bullying he suffered in the past strongly influenced what he chooses to share with others, forcing him to hide his true passions. Hayanari finds the concept of occultism interesting, but refuses to express his interest in it, as he thinks it could get him bullied.[8] He appreciates Western and Eastern occultism equally. However, he is more interested in learning about monsters and demons, as his interest in occultism is closer to "reading creepypasta" than studying specific occultist systems or concentration movements. Hayanari dislikes sports because he feels ashamed when he fails at them.[10] His favorite game genre is beat 'em up.[10] In addition, his favorite video game is "The Legend of the Dragonflame Highschool".[8] He also listens to hard rock and heavy metal.[8]

Hayanari is easily irritated, has an explosive temper, and due to his impulsive nature, tends to jump to conclusions. Hayanari can also be noisy without caring if he is bothering the people around him. However, YandereDev stated that he doesn't believe Hayanari can be considered a bad person. He is capable of apologizing when he shows evidence that he is wrong, calming down when he says he is exaggerating, and if someone tells him he is speaking too loudly, he shuts up.

Hayanari has a short, spiky, blond hairstyle and dark gray eyes. He has a large horizontal scar above his nose. He wears the standard school uniform with the jacket open, revealing a dark gray shirt with two red eyes framed by two handcuffs, with a red key below, three helix piercings in both ears, and a large, thin box on his back containing a lead pipe, unless customized by the player. He is the second shortest among all the delinquents.

The Delinquents are a group of students at Akademi, known for being violent and dangerous. The delinquents stay to the left of the incinerator area outside of class hours, near a radio, because students rarely go near there. If the protagonist passes near them, they will periodically call out to her. If a delinquent sees her carrying the cello case, their dialogue will change to mocking comments related to it.

Appearance:
The delinquents from 202X all have styled blond hair and facial scars. They wear the standard male uniform with their blazers open, revealing casual T-shirts underneath. They stand on the left, right at the entrance to the incinerator area. The T-shirts are not visible with the other uniforms.
