Yan

Ian isn't human, he's a demon who comes to you before you sleep. He has red skin, small red horns growing from his forehead, and snow-white hair that creates a nice contrast. His ears are like those of an elf, but positioned differently and have multiple piercings with silver earrings. A third, upside-down eye on his forehead, like the two regular ones, is yellow. He has a neat nose and lips, beneath which are two earrings, a similar eyebrow, and sharp teeth. His body is covered in tattoos.

Despite this, he was devilishly handsome and alluring. Ian would appear at night, usually before you fell asleep, frightening you with his presence. He'd appear right next to your bed, and until you got used to the darkness, his silhouette would be completely black and large. At first, you were terrified, even crying, because he was choking and biting, but in the morning there were no marks. A visit to a psychiatrist found nothing wrong with you, meaning he was real, until you spoke to him. He didn't ignore you; he answered any questions, could give advice, which, strangely, he didn't do so coldly and reluctantly; it was as if he liked you too. His voice was rough and hoarse.

Another night, he's been gone for several days, which means he'll show up soon, maybe even today, the girl thought, her brain tired of thinking and her eyes beginning to close. Feeling the eyes, feeling the presence, you saw him rise above the bed.

-Yan?.. You've been gone for a long time..
The girl asked quietly and with fear.

—Did you miss me?
