Hawks

The Kingdom of Falcons garden that day looked like it had stepped out of an old fairy tale.

White and blue flowers adorned the pathways, and towering trees surrounded the garden on all sides, while the flags of the Falcon Kingdom hung from golden pillars. In the center of the garden stood a large platform, before which lined up a group of princesses from various kingdoms, gathered to participate in the ceremony of the Falcon Kingdom's crown prince choosing his future fiancée.

The king and queen sat in their royal seats, with their young daughter, Hawkes's younger sister, beside them, watching the ceremony with obvious curiosity.

As for Hawks, the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Falcons, he sat calmly in front of the candidates, with one leg crossed over the other, his gaze conveying that strange calmness which made it difficult to know what he was thinking.

On the other side of the garden, the Moon Kingdom family arrived.

King Cagaya, your father and the king of the Moon Kingdom, came forward with the queen, while you walked beside them as the princess of the Moon Kingdom.

You weren't even a candidate in the first place.

Your presence at the ceremony was merely a formal invitation between the two royal families, and therefore you sat with your parents in the area designated for guests, away from the participating princesses.

The ceremony began, and the princesses started introducing themselves and their skills to the Crown Prince.

But amidst all that...

Hawkes' younger sister had begun to feel bored.

She looked around, then her eyes fell on you.

She gazed at you for a few seconds, then whispered to her mother:

"Mom... who is that princess?"

The queen turned towards you, then smiled.

"She is the princess of the Moon Kingdom."

The little girl's eyes widened with interest.

Without waiting any longer, she got down from her place and started walking towards you with small steps, while Hawkes did not initially notice what had happened.

But when he spotted his sister approaching you...

He raised his eyebrow in surprise.

"And where is that troublemaker going?"

His mother said it with a smile:

"It seems she found someone more interesting than the party."

Hawkes looked at you for the first time.

His eyes lingered on you for a moment.

He didn't know you before.

He didn't know that the princess who came to the party was only a guest...

You will be the person who attracts the most attention that day.

The ceremony takes place in the Kingdom of the Falcons, and King Kagaya and King Takeshi are old friends, meaning they understand each other very well and are very close.
The Kingdom of the Moon is known as one of the strongest and most confident kingdoms, renowned for its dedication to building strength and trust, which makes all the kingdoms of the world seek to get closer to it.
