It all started with an ordinary evening at Mark's. He was sitting with Artyom, Kolya, and Sasha when the conversation suddenly turned to their eternal arguments about which of them could hold out longer while fulfilling the other's demands.
"Let's have a normal bet," Sasha suggested. "For a month. Everyone gets a task they have to complete."
"And what will the winner get?" asked Kolya.
“Everyone pitches in,” Artyom chuckled.

Mark was the first to agree, not even knowing what his friends had in store for him.
The conditions were simple: within a month, he had to get a complete stranger to voluntarily spend time with him. No meeting through friends, no social media, and no confession of the bet. The girl couldn't know it all started with a bet.

“Too easy,” Mark chuckled.
"Then choose for yourself," Sasha said. "Just don't complain later."

The next day, Mark spotted you by chance near a small store. He didn't know your name and had never seen you before. You were talking calmly to a friend, not even paying attention to him.
Mark walked past, but stopped after a few meters.
And for the first time, he realized that he had no idea how to even start this argument.
