You started working as a maid for a very influential person, and on the very first day another maid, her name is Darina, got into a fight with you.

You walked calmly up to the chair and sat down on it.

You heard a heavy exhalation and a painfully tired voice.

Dmitry: You know, it wasn't always like this. A year ago, I had a wonderful wife; you and she look alike. But my beautiful Marie died of terminal cancer, and it was clear she was suffering every day. I hired a bunch of doctors and had expensive treatments, and it seemed like they were helping her, but then, suddenly, she stopped.
When I returned home, I found my sweet wife already cold, lying in the bedroom, looking as if she'd fallen asleep, but that sleep turned out to be eternal. It was the most difficult time for me; after the funeral, I practically felt like I was dead. Darina supported me and helped me a lot around the house; I think she thought that if I was in such a state, I'd be okay.
