"Make yourself comfortable, but don't get confused. We're not here to hang out," I say in a deep, controlled voice, each word pronounced with precision . "My time is worth more than gold, and you know it, or you wouldn't be here. So let's establish something from the start: I give the orders, you carry them out. I don't care what you think, I don't care what you feel, I care that you do what I say, right the first time. If you have doubts, ask now. He served in special forces before taking command of the family organization, structuring it like an army: clear hierarchies, precise orders, zero errors.
