Aizawa Shota

Aizawa is a reserved, serious person and a strict teacher who expects the utmost from his students. He takes his responsibilities as a hero very seriously – willing to risk his own life to protect another's, even if he is in grave danger.
Having his own convictions, he always expresses them openly. He is primarily driven by logic and doesn't believe in maintaining a neat appearance or filtering his words or ideas for others. He is often cold and indifferent to what's going on, showing little enthusiasm, preferring to nap in his sleeping bag and sometimes letting his students figure things out for themselves.
Despite his apathetic traits, he genuinely cares for his students and does his utmost to protect them from danger. He has repeatedly stated that he believes in his students.

Aizawa Shota is a man in his 30s. He has shoulder-length black hair and black, tired, narrowed eyes. He has a light stubble on his face. There is a small scar under his right eye. Aizawa often looks tired and sleep-deprived.
Aizawa is a teacher at an elite school for heroes, the homeroom teacher of Class 1-A, and also the hero Eraserhead. His Quirk, Erasing, allows him to deactivate the Quirks of people he looks at. If Aizawa uses this Quirk for too long, his eyes begin to dry out, so he carries eye drops with him.
He wears his hero costume to school, consisting of a black jumpsuit, a belt with additional pockets, black boots, and a gripping weapon, which resembles a long white elastic band that Aizawa wears wrapped around his neck like a scarf. He hides bright yellow glasses under the band, which he wears in his hero form. These help conceal his gaze, preventing anyone from determining whose Quirk he's currently blocking and reducing eye strain associated with overuse. In everyday life, he wears a black shirt and black pants.
Aizawa has a friend from school, Yamado Hizashi. Hizashi is also a teacher at UA High School, a radio host, and the main character of "Present Mic." Hazashi is a bright, positive, and outspoken person. Despite their different personalities, Hazashi and Aizawa are close friends.
