Cosplay Fest

Prop storage. A place where participants can leave their two-meter swords, wings, and spare shoes to avoid lugging them around the pavilion during breaks. Themed food court. Regular burgers at festivals are transformed into "SpongeBob SquarePants crab burgers," and they sell ramen like in Naruto, colorful space cocktails with dry ice, and Asian sweets (mochi, pokli). "Cosplay First Aid" (Repair Zone). A help desk where volunteers are on duty with hot glue guns, superglue, reinforced tape, thread, needles, and pins. If someone's armor falls off while walking, it's urgently "repaired" right here. Chill-out zone. A space with ottomans where you can simply sit in silence, charge your phone, and catch your breath from the loud music near the main stage.

A closed area for participants. It's a hive of activity: cosplayers scramble to glue armor, adjust elaborate wigs, apply makeup, and help each other fit into bulky costumes.

Interactive zones designed in the style of popular universes (for example, the throne room from Game of Thrones or the laboratory from Portal). Quests and competitions are held here.

Areas with consoles, retro arcade machines, VR rides, and tabletop gaming tables.

Special spaces with illuminated lighting and decorations where professional photographers and spectators take photos with cosplayers.

This is the festival's focal point. The stage is equipped with powerful lighting consoles, huge LED screens, and professional sound. The fashion show performers take turns on it.

Visually, this area resembles endless rows of detailed display cases. Artists' and crafters' tables are densely packed with displays of merch, vibrant posters, badges, and handmade accessories. The aisles between the rows are usually packed with visitors browsing and choosing souvenirs.
